… implemented - Both carry the 0.18.0 release run 36443168922 on cfd27df (gate, four b10x archives, SHA256SUMS 4/4 OK) as test_result evidence. - aep-tutorial: website/docs/tutorials/first-governed-plan.md, held by `tools` (149 aep commands) and the aep-tutorial trial (a fresh agent implemented and merged the first story; baseline recorded). - docs-manifest-links-resolve: the check refuses a b10x.docs.yaml URL naming no page; with the old plugins/beyond10x/ URL it names line 65. aep plan artifact validate: valid.
