  • Routing: upgrade → b10x:upgrade/<p>:upgrade; every skill named; gated.
  • Codex parity for 11 aep agents via references/<role>.md; thin agents gated (R4).
  • /aep:review-plan, /aep:decompose; authoring-plugins describes commands.
  • managing-worktrees follows worktree 0.8.2; verified worktree 0.8.2. Connectors port follows separately.
  • task check and tools exit 0.

…ds; release 0.14.17

- b10x:routing sends upgrade requests to b10x:upgrade and each product's upgrade, and names
  aep:migrating, the per-product init skills and every command; the gate refuses a skill the
  routing skill never names and an upgrade row that routes to init.
- Codex parity for the 11 aep agents: each role's instructions live in references/<role>.md of
  its owning skill, and the agent file is a thin pointer; R4 refuses an agent over 20 body lines,
  one that names no owning skill, and a broken link. Wave and panel rules run the role directly
  where the host has no subagents.
- Commands /aep:review-plan and /aep:decompose (hand off to aep:planning).
- b10x:authoring-plugins describes the command kind and thin agents; the gate refuses it or
  structure.md when either stops stating an enforced limit.
- managing-worktrees follows worktree 0.8.2 (reconcile retires records of a deleted repository);
  verified.json: worktree 0.8.2. connectors stays out of verified.json: its skills still describe
  the v1 CLI, a separate change ports them to v0.12.0.
- 9 new gate cases red first; task check and tools exit 0. Version 0.14.16 -> 0.14.17.
