Release 0.14.14: skills verified against ess 0.34.0 - #37

- verified.json moves ess from 0.32.1 to 0.34.0; agentplugins-check tools passed against it (24 spelled commands, the syntax example validates and synthesizes 14 scenarios with 0 refusals). - The syntax reference's lending example sets pages on AddCopy, which ess 0.34.0 requires (ESS-COMMAND-018, beyond10x/ess#112). - Workspace, Cargo.lock and all ten plugin manifests move to 0.14.14.
