refactor!: retire ess-specify; route spec-driven work to the ESS plugin - #11

- story:retire-ess-specify records why ESS guidance leaves this marketplace: beyond10x/ess now ships its own `ess` plugin at the binary's version, and `ess skill` prints the same skills. - The copy here had drifted: 0.9.2 pinned ESS 0.22.1 while ESS was at 0.29.0. - Scope names every file the retirement touches; the eval case is not re-homed because ESS runs no eval corpus.
- Remove plugins/ess-specify, its entries in both marketplaces and its website page. ESS now ships its own `ess` plugin from beyond10x/ess at the version of the `ess` binary, and `ess skill` prints the same skills from the binary, so the two can no longer drift. The copy here released on its own cadence: 0.9.2 told adopters to install ESS 0.22.1 while ESS was at 0.29.0. - agentplugins-check expects five focused plugins, and `ess-specify` joins the retired names it refuses in authored files. The sweep also skips a `.git` file: in a linked worktree it holds the checkout's `gitdir:` path, which this repository does not author and which can spell any name. - The beyond10x front door, its resource map and the aep-plan planning skill point at `ess:specify` / `ess skill specify`; README, install, intro, golden-path and plugin pages drop the ESS binary and plugin install and link the ESS README instead. - Remove the eval case ess-specify-new-entity (eight cases remain; coverage 7/10 agents, 4/8 skills). golden-path-end-to-end drops the ESS skill from its subject; its step 3 still drafts and validates an ESS domain. Eval tests that used ess-specify as a fixture now use workspace-hygiene. Refs: story:retire-ess-specify
- Bump the workspace version and all five plugin manifests, in both the Claude and Codex manifest sets, to 0.10.0, with Cargo.lock and the three version-stamped skills (planning, story-migration, wave). - Move every install pin (README, install page, connectors page) from 0.9.2 to 0.10.0: a 0.9.2 pin still installs the retired ESS plugin these pages no longer describe. - Changelog: close the Unreleased section as 0.10.0. The minor bump marks the breaking removal of ess-specify from the marketplace.
