The above mockup shows the navigation bar in context of the full dashboard (Mobile version). 

Nav Bar 

This issue is to create the underlying nav bar, which should be persistent across pages in the Mathshare app. The bar is a very light purple as shown in the Invision Mockups, and will be populated based on user type (logged in vs unauthenticated.)

Notable changes from mockup: 

• We are using the current Mathshare logo for consistency with Marketing, as well as the added beta pill similar to the current version of Mathshare
• We are not using the search or sort functionality for this initial mobile release

Acceptance criteria: 

Given that I’m a user on a mobile device, when I access any page of the Mathshare app, I should encounter the navigation bar on any given page of the app.
