Problem

Users need end-to-end examples that demonstrate packaging, testing, operations, and migration—not isolated snippets.

Acceptance criteria

• At least four independently installable, CI-tested examples cover a minimal CLI, nested/plugin Click app, Typer app, and automation/observability app.
• Each includes packaging, configuration, output/errors, tests, completion, release guidance, and operational troubleshooting.
• Documentation provides copy-pasteable end-to-end flows and is validated from installed wheels.
