feat(webkit): add the logo-wall marketing component

Summary

• The customer-proof band of a marketing page: a responsive grid of company marks, optionally linked, under one accessible group name. It is deliberately a static grid rather than an auto-scrolling strip — moving content needs a pause control to meet WCAG 2.2.2, and a wall a reader can scan beats one they have to wait for.
• Public exports: @aziontech/webkit/logo-wall.

How to test

1. pnpm storybook:dev → open Components/Marketing/LogoWall. Every story renders, and "Show code" is a runnable SFC you can paste.
2. pnpm --filter @aziontech/webkit test -- src/components/marketing/logo-wall → the co-located browser suite passes.
3. pnpm webkit:type-check → clean.

Notes

• No dependency on another marketing PR; it can merge in any order.
• Targets feature/marketing-components, which carries the shared foundation (marketing category registration, illustration scene registry, theme tokens, story assets).
• No breaking change: nothing is removed or renamed on main.
