Feature request: Unmarshal DynamoDB fields when using DynamoDBStreamModel in the parser utility

Use case

Similar to what we did in the Event Source Data Class - (#1619), when customers are using DynamoDBStreamModel, we can unmarshal the values and create a better experience for customers to access the old_image and new_image attributes.
