Right-clicking Unstaged Changes title bar brings up wrong menu

Weirdly Stage works when you do this (and Discard Changes does not). Menu should not show at al.

Menu should not show at al.

Or change it to:

• "Stage All" - Yeah, there is the button, but some people might prefer right-clicking than moving the mouse too much.
• "Discard All Changes" - Also requested in Would like a Discard All option #611

Then it should be clear that the header context menu affects all files in the list.
