The custom 404 page on https://fixmap.aryam.me ("This path is not on the map") has an empty element with role="alert" in the footer.

Why it matters

role="alert" is an assertive live region. An empty one serves no purpose, and some screen readers may announce it or treat it oddly. Minor accessibility issue.

Repro

1. Open any missing path on https://fixmap.aryam.me (e.g. /does-not-exist).
2. Inspect the footer: there is an empty role="alert" element.

Expected

Either remove the element, or only render it (or give it content) when there is an actual message to announce.
