Replace the remaining P1 modals (topup-modal, raise-modal) with inline expanding cards on the wallet page (#topup-card / #raise-card), following the established #share-form-card / #dept-form-card pattern: - wallet buttons expand the card in place; topup and raise cards are mutually exclusive (opening one collapses the other) - preset amounts + custom amount + confirm/cancel kept identical - remove the modal overlays, data-modal-close binding, and the now-unused .modal-actions CSS rule - docs: user-stories v1.14 §1.1 P1 done (only P2 chat-modal remains) - rant 2026-08-17T15:50:05 (UI polish & UE, item B.7 modal→inline first)
