The 数据说明 section states the chat-mock billing rule twice: once as its own bullet and once pasted onto the tail of the multi-key bullet. The second copy entered when 500e17d (#27) added the dedicated bullet but left the original sentence on the multi bullet, so the two unrelated facts were joined by a semicolon. Remove the pasted copy; the dedicated bullet keeps the rule. Documentation only; no code or gate changes. Co-authored-by: argszero <argszero@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Remove all user-facing mechanism explanations from the UI, per host rant 2026-08-17T10:38:10. Users only need to see results (balance numbers, model prices in points, transaction amounts/type/status, available/busy) — not the internal mechanisms (CNY anchor, validity rules, platform cut, gift-day counts, anti-abuse).
