Summary

发布 v0.7.23 —— 自 v0.7.22 起累计 76 个 PR（#161–#237），项目迄今最大的一次版本。版本号、cache-bust 与 CHANGELOG 三处同步。

⚠️ 数据库 schema 12 → 14（启动时迁移，升级前请备份 data/aitokenpool.db）：

• v13（fix(sharing): count the points spent through a key, not its tokens, in keys.used #217）：keys.used 单位从 token 改为点数，并按账本一次性重算历史值（used = SUM(transactions.pts WHERE type='consume')），门禁 schema_version < 13；同时把 schema_version 读数改为 MAX(version)。
• v14（perf(db): use range predicates and covering indexes for the monthly aggregates #234）：月聚合 4 条新索引 —— transactions(user_id, time, type, pts)、transactions(time, type, pts)、usage_records(time)、usage_records(user_id, time)。

⚠️ 部署侧须同步 DeepSeek 改名（#233）：seed_models 是全量同步（config 为准、缺席即删行），旧名已从 config.example.toml 移除；已上线的部署要把自己的 config.toml 一起改，否则重启后旧名模型行会被删掉。

• Cargo.toml / Cargo.lock：0.7.22 → 0.7.23
• ui/index.html：5 处资源 cache-bust 统一 bump 到 20260914-10
• CHANGELOG.md：新增 v0.7.23 条目（按领域分组，逐条带 PR 号 + 短 hash）
• 涉及配置/数据结构的改动已同步示例文件（本次发布提交本身不含功能改动；fix(catalog): rename the DeepSeek flash model to its canonical id deepseek-flash #233 的示例同步已在 main 上）

Tests

• cargo test 249 passed / 0 failed（v0.7.22 时 148）
• cargo fmt --check 通过
• node --check on ui/js/{api,data,i18n,app}.js 全部 OK
• i18n 门禁 ZH/EN 键集精确相等（786×2）
