This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 1.0.0.

What's Changed

• Stable: first stable release of the React Native SDK, out of beta
• Breaking: removed Account.listLogs and the Log, LogList models

• Breaking: SDK now targets Appwrite 2.2 (X-Appwrite-Response-Format: 2.2.0)
