CSV Processing Issues - Consecutive drops (no page refresh)

Hello team,

Here is a scenario that leads to issues:

• drop csv_sales
• export datatables -> OK
• drop csv_titanic
• export datatables -> NOT_OK
  • data is not rendered

If the files are processed separately (with a page reload) all is good.
I guess a context at JS level is not properly managed.

Please take a look.

P.S. the same issue is visible for PKL. probably the issue lives in the core.
