[Bug][scope-config] When configuring the scope config, if you deselect the Cross Domain option, continue with the configuration, and then click save, the interface reports an error.

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

1. On the connection page, click "Associate Scope Config".
   Click "Add New Scope Config".
   Deselect "Cross Domain" in Data Entities.
   Continue to complete the configuration.
   Click save. At this point, the interface api/plugins/jira/connections/1/scope-configs reports an error, with the specific error message being:

What do you expect to happen

Deselecting "Cross Domain" in Data Entities can also result in a successful save and normal use of this configuration.
