[Bug][framework] Database might deadlock when more than 100 blueprints gets triggerred at the same time

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

A user reported that when assigned 1000 blueprints with the same cron config would most likely cause the database deadlocked to deadlock

What do you expect to happen

No deadlock no matter how many blueprints get triggered at the same time

How to reproduce

1. create 1000 bps with the same cronconfig
2. wait for the bps get triggered, see rror
