[Bug][Config UI] wrong page elements

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

1. Add a new connection(and some scopes) to a project
2. Delete existing old connections
3. Go to status page
4. Click

Then the webpage messed up.

What do you expect to happen

Show the correct pages.

How to reproduce

Try to delete a connection and visit status page.
