`sql::timestamp::timestamp_add_interval_months` failing since September 1st

**Describe the bug**
`sql::timestamp::timestamp_add_interval_months` uses `now()` so it not deterministic, and started failing today.

**To Reproduce**
Run tests 

**Expected behavior**
Should not fail
