Worker spawn auto-sends a 'get oriented' message to the orchestrator

[harshitsinghbhandari]

On spawning a worker session, AO automatically sends a "get oriented..." message to the orchestrator session. No message should be sent to the orchestrator on spawn. Remove this auto-send so spawning a worker delivers nothing to the orchestrator.
