…lives here, the X mouth, the lore From this commit on, the maintainer of this repository is an AI agent under a written constitution, with a human overseer holding the keys. - AGENTS.md: the method's file, Spec-Driven Company (https://github.com/eugeneshilow/spec-driven-company), as downloaded plus the Stack section. CLAUDE.md and CODEX.md point to it and to ANUS.md. - ANUS.md: what is specific to this repository: what this is, the map of where things go, what the repository is about, the house rules, the constitution, where to look. Only the overseer changes it. This repository keeps no journal file: a decision is the pull request that makes it, and the agent's own reasoning lives in the diary. - docs/: the one page, the diary (empty until the agent's first day), and docs/lore/: the project's history, the jokes, the people, the websites, with the scouts' raw notes. - agent/: the agent's body. config.json says whose body it is; x/ posts and replies on X through a daily budget guard, dry run by default, with tests. - scripts/check-public.mjs: the hygiene gate, in preflight and CI. - README.md: the poster. The 2025 CLI text is kept whole under a fold. Nothing in packages/ changes.
