Make CLI installable globally via uv tool install #1
Currently substack-cli only works when run from the project directory with the venv activated. It should be installable as a global CLI tool that works from anywhere.
Problem
The CLI looks for .env in Path.cwd(), so credentials are only found when run from the project directory
Requires manually activating the venv before use
Proposed Solution
1. Use a fixed config directory
Change the config location from Path.cwd() / ".env" to ~/.config/substack-cli/.env. This way credentials are found regardless of where the command is run.
