docs: remove the built-in scout subagent

Verified against the source: there's no scout in packages/opencode/src or packages/core/src, so removing the section and updating the counts is right.

Two things still missing:

• cli.mdx:731 documents OPENCODE_EXPERIMENTAL_SCOUT ("Enable Scout subagent"), and that flag no longer exists in the code either. Could it be removed here too?
• The translated agents.mdx and cli.mdx files still mention Scout. Is that meant to be handled separately, as #48092 does for dev?
