Summary

• upgrade @opentui/core, @opentui/keymap, and @opentui/solid to 0.4.5
• raise the plugin package OpenTUI peer minimums to 0.4.5
• remove stale spinner lockfile records and their separators cleanly in the upgrade script
• verify the 0.4.3 to 0.4.5 upstream changes require no additional OpenCode migrations

Testing

• full pre-push workspace typecheck (30 packages)
• targeted OpenTUI consumer typechecks
• 47 renderer, lifecycle, table, and plugin integration tests
• OpenCode and CLI single-target builds and binary smoke checks
• upgrade script clean-room upgrade, idempotence, formatting, and frozen-lockfile checks
