Nix dev shell provides an older Bun version than required by package.json

I ran into this while preparing a PR from the Nix development shell.

package.json currently requires Bun 1.3.14, but nix develop provides Bun 1.3.13. As a result, the pre-push hook fails before running the checks:

error: This script requires bun@^1.3.14, but you are using bun@1.3.13

The Nix dev shell should provide a Bun version compatible with the repository's packageManager requirement.

From the repository root, run:

nix develop
grep '"packageManager"' package.json
bun --version
git push
