Archive session is missing in new layout

Description

• session.archive is registered in LegacyLayout (packages/app/src/pages/layout.tsx:975)
• general.newLayoutDesigns defaults to true (packages/app/src/context/settings.tsx:61), so LegacyLayout never mounts
• Result: the keybind is dead and the command is absent from the palette
• Archiving from the session ... menu still works

Steps to reproduce

1. Open OpenCode Desktop with default settings
2. Open a session
3. Press Cmd+Shift+Backspace -> nothing happens
4. Open the command palette (Cmd+K), search "Archive" -> no result
