[Bug] OpenCode Web shows "No folders found" although projects are returned by the backend API

Description

When running opencode web, the Web UI starts successfully and is accessible in the browser.

However, the home page and the Open Project dialog both show "No folders found", even though the backend already returns all projects correctly.

The issue appears to be on the Web UI side because:

• /project returns all existing projects (17 projects in my case)
• /session returns existing sessions
• All requests return HTTP 200
• The UI still shows an empty project list

Server log also prints:

Failed to initialize fff
Failed to init file picker: Can not run certain FFF features in a file system root or home directories. Consider smaller per-project directories.

The backend appears to work correctly.

The issue seems to be that the Web UI does not render the projects even though they are successfully returned by the backend.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start OpenCode Web

opencode web

2. Open the Web UI in the browser.

3. Observe that the home page and the Open Project dialog display "No folders found".

4. Open DevTools → Network.

5. Observe that the project request returns HTTP 200 and contains all existing projects, but none are rendered in the UI.

Not too complicated, just click Add Project, then the path of the folder on your machine

Reproducing on 1.18.15 (npm, Ubuntu 22.04, opencode web --hostname 0.0.0.0). Same symptoms: home shows "这里还没有内容 / Nothing here yet", "New session" inert, while /api/session returns all sessions correctly.

Additional finding: the web frontend bundled in opencode-ai@1.18.15 is actually the 1.18.14 build (see #41280), so users of 1.18.15 won't see any frontend fix from this PR until the packaging is corrected too.

Workaround that works (client-side, no rebuild): seed the bookmark store in localStorage, then reload:

Verified: after reload the session list (grouped by day) and "New session" both work. The same key is what the "Add project" dialog writes when you pick a folder manually.
