TUI select footer action highlights trailing space

Description

When a select dialog footer action receives keyboard focus, its highlight includes one blank cell after the shortcut label. The action container has right padding, and the focus background paints that padding. The highlight should cover only the visible action text.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a TUI select dialog with footer actions.
2. Press Tab to focus a footer action.
3. Observe the highlighted blank cell after the action label.
