Opencode ACP in Zed can't open previous session after Zed restart

I'm using Opencode ACP in Zed. When restarting Zed, I can't open previous session.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Opencode ACP in Zed
2. Send some message
3. Restart Zed
4. Click on the session, and it's gone

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• Windows Desktop loses all session history after restart, but sessions still exist in opencode.db #17765: Sessions lost from UI after restart (sessions still exist in DB but don't appear)
