DeepSeek just dropped V4, and the DeepSeek provider support should be updated to align with the new API.
- Model identifiers changed to
deepseek-v4-flash and deepseek-v4-pro.
- New
thinking and reasoning_effort keys.
reasoning_content of previous turns must be passed back to the API. (This is because V4 no longer discards reasoning in multi-turn conversations. See Fig. 7 in their techical report.)
