Display rendering issues in COSMIC terminal (loading bar shifts window, lines in logo)

Describe the bug

When running opencode within the COSMIC Terminal (cosmic-term), there are a couple of distinct display rendering issues:

1. The loading bar animation shifts the entire terminal window/buffer.
2. There are extraneous lines appearing in the middle of the opencode logo.

To Reproduce

1. Open COSMIC terminal (cosmic-term).
2. Run opencode.
3. Observe the opencode logo rendering and the loading bar behavior.

Expected behavior

• The logo should render cleanly without lines in the middle.
• The loading bar should update in place without causing the terminal window/buffer to shift.

Environment

• Terminal: cosmic-term
• Application: opencode

Note: This issue has been cross-filed in both the pop-os/cosmic-term and anomalyco/opencode repositories.
