[FEATURE]: restore Anthropic "Create an API Key" flow

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Please restore the Create an API Key option in /connect anthropic. This used to redirect to Anthropic's official web flow for creating an API key.

I'm not asking for Claude Max/Pro login or any unsupported auth flow. I'm only asking for the official API key creation redirect/onboarding path to come back.

This matters for enterprise users who are allowed to create keys through Anthropic's approved web flow, but are not allowed to manually create or paste keys outside that process. Without the guided flow, those users can be blocked from setup.

Related context: #18811, #15855, #18186. In #18811, a maintainer said the old removal was tied to an Anthropic plugin for legal reasons, but that the API key creation flow could probably be added back separately.

If it helps, the restored flow should:

• show a Create an API Key option in the Anthropic connect flow
• redirect to Anthropic's official key creation page
• avoid unsupported auth/plugin behavior

Yes, I am forced to switch to Claude Code because of this. Would be amazing to get back!

You're forced to switch because u need the create an api key flow everytime?

@rekram1-node I am forced to switch because my enterprise account doesn't have the permissions to create an API key manually, I can only authorize Claude Code (and formerly opencode) to create them. If you know of a workaround to get an api key that I can get into Opencode this way, please lmk :)

fwiw I ported the flow from #19408 to a python script that prints out the resulting API key and tried to set up Opencode with that, but it doesn't seem to work, all requests to anthropic models error out
