Long running opencode instance into timeout error

Description

When left running but idle for log periods of time (hours/overnight - though might also occur after a couple days) there appears to have some non-descript operation timeout error.

OpenCode version

= 1.1.36

Steps to reproduce

1. Open opencode and chat a bit
2. leave it open but idle overnight
3. Observe the error in the morning (attached)

Same issue for me. I get it even more frequently though, both in the terminal and web interface. Why does this not just auto-retry? Maybe it's an unhandled exception, so opencode can't even retry 🤔

I wish this was made up:

Two timeouts consecutively (GLM-5)

Maybe it's the model I'm using which is slow right now due to release, but even so, it should just retry with backoff, never fail 😠
