[Feature Request] pinned columns on mat table  #11644

What is the expected behavior?

to be able to at least at init set certain columns as non scrollable x-wise.
(pinned columns)

What is the current behavior?

You cannot accomplish this in conjunction with other mat table features, not even if you had to rewrite 90% of mat table's functionalities to accommodate this feature.

What are the steps to reproduce?

If you try to gain the "pinned column" functionality by splitting your pinned and unpinned into two :

you loose the column sort and column filter functionality on one of the two.

if you instead opt for the sort and filter functionalities, you have to drop column pinning.

I don't want to "pick my poison", I want to have all three!
