"use strict"; is going to break behaviour of codemirror if not removed #39

Description

@rolandjitsu

I just tried to make codemirror run with multiple areas that are supposed to be editable (using an ng-repeat) and it did not work.

I finally found that removing "use strict;" will allow it to work properly.

    Not right now, but I can tell you that I replace the entire module with this plnkr and it worked just fine. I added the use strict to the plnkr and that made it not work anymore.

    But I can share the only thing that I have on the page, the only markup besides the scripts and styling:

    article.bubble data-ng-repeat="folder in pustefix.model.folders"
          h4
            | {{folder.name}}
          section data-ng-repeat="file in folder.files"
            header
              | {{file.name}}
            div
              div ui-codemirror="pustefix.editorOptions" data-ng-model="file.contents" data-ui-codemirror-opts="{ mode: file.syntax, theme: 'solarized dark' }"

    @douglasduteil is there any issue with this PR? It would be nice to have this fixed.
