long term feature: fork gh-pages #90
Description
Sooner or later we're gonna have to do it the hard way. I think it's a must to fork gh-pages and convert it to TypeScript.
a) consistently use ts and async / await everywhere
b) merge that PR to support #46
c) remove use util.debuglog() again (see tschaub/gh-pages@380a9ae) which requires ugly monkey-patching on our side
Anyone who wants to help out is welcome to contact me. That's gonna take some work!

Let me know if you've got an alternative suggestion for
util.debuglog(). Happy to make a change that makes it more useful or less annoying.
