Similar to Raycast's 'actions' menu

Options should be:

• Add shortcut as favourite (which will be prioritized in search results)
• If in app: add shortcut to root shortcuts
• Copy link
• Hide/disable shortcut

Opened with Ctrl+K when in search bar
