fix(notes): ניווט לפתק מגיע אליו — נגלל, נפתח, ועולה מעל השכנים - #3409

ניווט מכוון לפתק (``/note/<id>``, וגם קישור מתזכורת) פתח את העמוד ולא הגיע לפתק. השורש נמדד ולא שוער: ``window.scrollTo`` מגלגל את ``document.scrollingElement`` שהוא ``<html>``, ובעמוד הלוח נמדד בכרומיום שדווקא ``<body>`` הוא הגולל — כלומר הקריאה פנתה לאלמנט שאין לו לאן לזוז. התיקון הוא ``scrollIntoView`` על אלמנט היעד. הדפדפן מגלגל כל אב שנדרש, ולכן הקוד אינו צריך לדעת מי הגולל — שאלה ששתי מדידות רצופות הראו שאי אפשר לענות עליה מראש: ``#boardSurface`` מצהיר ``overflow: auto`` אבל גדל לגובה תוכנו ולכן אינו נגלל כלל, ובזמן שהניסיון לאתר את הגולל רץ הפריסה עוד לא גדלה. שני פערים נוספים שהופכים "הגעתי לפתק" ל"מצאתי אותו": פתק ממוזער נפתח, והפתיחה נשמרת כדי שלא יחזור להיות מכווץ בכניסה הבאה; ופתק עולה לקדמת הערימה, תמיד, כי כל הפתקים חולקים ``z-index: 950`` ואין שדה סדר. ובעמוד החיפוש: תוצאה נפתחת בכרטיסייה חדשה כדי שהרשימה לא תאבד, והצבע של שורת המיקום ושל "המילה מופיעה בהמשך הפתק" נגזר מ-``--text-primary`` במקום מטוקן נפרד שאין מה שמחייב אותו להיות קריא על הכרטיס.
