ebsnvme supports the ebsnmve-id functionality. this patch removes the ebsnvme-id script, and makes the file a symlink to ebsnvme for better backwards compatibility. Signed-off-by: Swapnil Dinkar <sddinkar@amazon.com>

also changes to include ebsnvme in the amazon-ec2-utils.spec
