The two-repo merge was not started by the 2026-10-18 deadline. The product owner confirmed Path A on 2026-10-26: this repo is canonical. Follows on from #54.

Work (needs go-ahead before archiving)

• Decide the fate of te-csv-migration's 7 open issues (Bump actions/upload-artifact from 4 to 7 #1, Bump actions/checkout from 4 to 7 #2, chore(deps): update psycopg2-binary requirement from >=2.9 to >=2.9.12 #3, chore(deps): update pydantic requirement from >=2.7 to >=2.13.4 #5, feat: 13 frontend features + 76 vitest tests (audit filters, export, … #8, BUG-042: test_csv_endpoint_still_requires_api_key_when_set — DB pool not initialised #9, BUG-041: f-string in te_loader.py execute() — SQL injection risk #10). Each is either closed as won't-fix or carried here.
