Steps to reproduce
Installed app via google play. Not clear how I should install OpenCv.
Expected behaviour
Took picture with notes, OCR did not start. Read that OpenCv has to be installed or Android should ask foor installation form github. Did not see any request on pulls to Github. Did not understand the instructions on OpenCC 3.1.0 for Android.

If I can, I would like to contribute, but so far I have not developed any apps for android. Working on Linux only.
