…y verification (T07) Recovery must load the graph, tool catalog/schema, codec and application definition versions recorded with a run, and must never silently fall back to the currently registered latest version (issue agentic-ai-java#123, T07). - Add io.github.agentic.ai.graph.execution.definition with DefinitionKind, DefinitionReference, the committed RunDefinitionRecord (graph, tool catalog, codec, application) and a strict RunDefinitionRecordCodec that reports an unreadable envelope as a structured codec failure. - Add the application-owned DefinitionResolver/DefinitionRegistry: every retained version is addressable by its recorded reference and duplicate registration is rejected, so a retained version cannot be overwritten. - Add WorkerCapabilities and RunDefinitionAdmission.resolve, which verifies the envelope version, the supported kinds, every recorded version and the data codec, and fails before any definition reaches a tool call. - Add a fail-closed durable-mode gate that composes the existing store gate with an explicit recovery declaration for custom nodes, chat memory, the store and background tools. - Document the opt-in boundary and the definition retention and rollback window in the argi-graph-core README. - Verify with 36 model-agnostic tests, an independent-JVM restart test and a neutral-API consumer fixture. RunSpec, RunStore, checkpoint and Store formats and argi.* configuration are unchanged; no existing caller needs a registry.

Confirmed contribution to ARGI; add the opt-in version-pinned run definition resolver/registration and worker recovery-capability verification so a recovering run resolves the graph, tool catalog/schema, codec and application versions it recorded and fails before executing any tool when a version is missing or unsupported. Fixes #123.
