Verified: index-only addition, validate CI green. Chat supervision is a new category, no overlap with existing listings. Safe index entry.
Replaces the previous 16 KB thumbnail with a 4.8 KB one (the store caps thumbnails at 20 KB, and the old file used most of that budget for a full-bleed gradient). Same 512x512 square format, so the store's square/size checks still pass with a wide margin. index.yaml is unchanged. Pushed as a fast-forward on top of the existing add-chat-shepherd branch so the prior submission commit and any open PR are preserved.

A background supervisor for Agent Zero chats: it classifies every live chat into one of 8 statuses, auto-nudges stalled and wedged agents, escalates the chats that genuinely need a human, and shows a live status icon per chat in the sidebar.
