Summary

Normalize mvnw.cmd in the Git index to match the existing text/eol attributes. This fixes the persistent modified-file status that returns after discarding changes.

The checked-out Windows script retains CRLF. No commands, dependencies, or wrapper versions change.

Verification

• Confirmed the staged file equals the committed file after CRLF-to-LF normalization only.
• Confirmed the working file remains byte-for-byte unchanged.
• git diff --cached --check passed.
• git diff --cached --ignore-space-at-eol --exit-code passed.
• ./mvnw --batch-mode --no-transfer-progress verify passed.
• ./scripts/verify-consumer.sh passed.
