iOS SDK 4.3 adds billing plans for App Store 12-month commitment subscriptions.
subscriptionPricingTerms, which carries the installment price and the yearly total that Apple requires on the paywall. It also notes that for a commitment product,localizedPriceandsubscriptionPeriodreturn the yearly total and period.billingPlanUnavailable(1060).Both rows link to
app-store-12-month-commitment, which doesn't exist onmainyet. Merge this after that article ships.
