Traffic not route on Openvpn through proxy

1. add proxy with authentication (set file.txt)

show connected [ip privete] on [ISP IP]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.13 android ICS

has been connect to VPN Server but traffic not route to VPN. reset DNS does not 
working
