Batch is open to every account and spends the same credits as Fetch. Mark the batch capability, skill and template available, drop "(beta)" from the help text, README and skills, and make the 403 hint stop telling users to request beta access. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Batch is generally available. It's open to every account and spends the same credits as Fetch.

registry/capabilities.json: batch goes frombetatoavailable, label "Batch". Both statuses are usable incore/capabilities.ts, so no command changes behavior.zenrows statusnow shows "available".core/batch-api.ts: a 403 no longer tells the user to "request Batch API beta access". It says Batch isn't enabled for the account or key and points to support. The error code staysBATCH_ACCESS_DENIED.docs/capabilities.md, the batch skills, recipe and template, and the agent-plugin skills drop "(beta)" and "beta access".
