Specify if a vuln fix is available for Raspbian #421

Currently we display packages for which fixes were made in upstream Debian. But that doesn't mean they are available for Raspbian.

To determine whether a fix is available for Raspbian the server should query the Raspbian APT database for a version equal or newer than the "fixed" version reported by debsecan.
