As originally described in [this pyreadstat issue], MRSET is not read from the attached file. It can be read correctly using SPSS, however it can also not be read using PSPP.
On dev (913267e, which added type 'E' / subtype 19 support) this file now reads all three sets: $calling_01 (9 vars), $response (3 vars) and $spousedcat (6 vars), each a counted-value dichotomy with value 1. It will be in the next release.
