Why

web.max.ru searches all chats with opcode 68 {query, count, marker} (chunk _app/immutable/chunks/Cdo8IOYe.js, read 2026-10-11). probe:search-ops could not show whether message hits came back: it did not print section.

What

  • Prints section, sends count: 30, follows marker to a second page, and prints message-hit and distinct-chat counts. Still never text, names or ids.

Measured (owner's account, owner's yes, read-only, 2026-10-11)

  • 68 searches message text across all chats: 12 results, all section = MESSAGES with a full message (id, sender, time, text, attaches), from 12 distinct chats.
  • One hit per chat: each result has count (matches in that chat) and one message; the answer has counters.MESSAGES and total. No marker on this query.
  • 60 {query, count: 40, type: ALL}: 40 public channels (chat with title, last message, options), marker, total.

Next: a messages.searchGlobal operation in src/spec (68), and server search with no chat = 68 to find chats, then 73 per top chat.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The probe printed type and status values but not section, so a run could
not tell message hits from chat hits. It now prints section, sends count 30
and follows marker to a second page as web.max.ru does, and counts message
hits and distinct chats (numbers only, never text or ids).
